Who we are

CommV Triaxis Integrated Solutions, Markt 54 E, 2440 Geel, Belgium. Enterprise number 1038.216.635, VAT BE 1038.216.635. We are the data controller for personal data submitted through https://www.triaxis-is.be.

What we collect

  • Contact form. Your name, email address, and optionally phone number, company and the message you write. We collect this only when you submit the form.
  • Training enquiries. The same details plus the course and delivery mode you select.
  • Visit count. A single number recording how many browser sessions have opened the site. No identifiers, no IP addresses, nothing tied to you.
  • Language choice. Stored in your own browser so the site opens in the language you picked. It never reaches us.

What we do not do

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, runs no third-party analytics, and does not profile visitors or sell data to anyone. The calculators and assessments run entirely in your browser — the figures you enter are never transmitted to us unless you choose to send them with an enquiry.

Why we hold it, and for how long

We use enquiry details solely to answer you and, if it leads to work, to deliver that work. The lawful basis is your consent in submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted once they are clearly closed; records connected to work we have delivered are kept for the period Belgian accounting and professional obligations require.

Who else sees it

Our email provider processes messages in order to deliver them, and our hosting provider processes requests in order to serve the site. We do not share enquiry details with anyone else.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, object to or restrict how we use it, and request a copy in a portable format. Write to info@triaxis-is.be and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. Substantive changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be communicated directly.
